Mangaluru: Bhaskar Puthran, head of Puthran family suffered cardiac arrest and passed away here on February 24 at Kadekaru in Jeppu.
He is survived by his daughter and 5 sisters.
Puthran has served as the trustee of Guruvana Sri Durga Kshetra, Kadekaru; Marakada Parashakti Mutt; Madyaru Parashakti temple. He has also actively participated in Kayarmajalu Brahmakalashotsav recently.
