Mangaluru: Several students of St Joseph’s Engineering College, Vamanjoor have bagged ranks and gold medals from the Visvesvaraya Technical University, Belagavi for the academic year 2015-2016.
The proud students are Sanjay K.C. who has bagged first Rank in M.Tech. – Computational Analysis in Mechanical Sciences with gold medal, Yazid Mohammed, Second Rank in MTech – Computational Analysis in Mechanical Sciences, Mathew Jose, third Rank in MTech – Computational Analysis in Mechanical Sciences.
Meanwhile, Ashmitha Castelino has been awarded “Dr. (smt.) Malathi Kesaree Gold Medal” for lady student who secured highest marks with 1st class in B.E., Civil Engineering.
Alen Baptist D’Souza has been awarded “Er. S. M. Panchagatti Gold Medal” for securing highest marks in Civil Engineering amongst son of a teacher of Govt. / Aided Primary School.
The SJEC management has lauded the outstanding achievement of the students.
