Bengaluru: Jailed AIADMK leader Chinnamma alias V K Sasikala has sought permission from Parappana Agrahara Central Jail authorities here to visit her ailing husband in the hospital.
Sasikala, now lodged in central jail, has submitted a written plea seeking permission to meet husband Natarajan in hospital. The authorities concerned are likely to take up the case on October 3 after the series of holidays conclude.
Shashikala cannot be let out on parole as she has not completed half the term of her total sentence. With no options, she has sought magistrate’s approval to meet her ailing husband admitted to a private hospital at Chennai.
