Bengaluru: Close on the heels of the BJP making firebrand BJP MP Yogi Adithyanath the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, an online campaign has started making waves.
As a mark of resentment to the appointment of Yogi Adithyanath as the CM because he has been infamous for his speeches against the non-Hindus, the online campaign has taken up a unique model of protest.
The sarcastic campaign mocks the BJP’s decision and the highlight of this online campaign launched on popular portal change.org, is that the activists now want Prime Minister Narendra Modi to appoint rape-accused Godman Asaram Bapu to be appointed as the President of new Hindu India!
The campaign has been launched by one King Kunta and addressed to Prime Minister of India. In his online petition Mr King Kunta has stated: “We have a hate monger as the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh. Let us make history in destroying this nation. At the end of the day we do what the USA does. Let’s contribute to the epitome of self destruction.”
An officer from the Cyber Police cell informed that name of the petitioner-Mr. King Kunta itself is fake. “But interesting part of this online petition is that it has received as many as 400 signatures with in first hour of the launch,” he said.
