Bengaluru: The State government will soon set up a recommendation committee regarding the implementation of the next pay scale commission for State government employees.
Speaking on the occasion of the State government employees’ conference on Thursday, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah announced that the next level of pay scale will be implemented soon after the recommendations are placed by the committee.
Adding further, he said that the Central government has approved to implement the 7th pay scale commission for its employees and the State government employees cannot be kept afar in terms of pay roll.
Meanwhile, he also said that refraining from discharge of duties also levels to corruption. Honesty in dispersing assigned duties is expected from government employees, he said.
