Megharikh said that his report was about a specific incident which took place on August 13. According to sources, the report was sought by the Union Home Ministry and the DG&IGP Om Prakash has forwarded it to them.

It may be recalled that, Amnesty International India had organised a programme titled ‘Broken families-journey for justice’ at The United Theological College.
