CCB police nab one for selling counterfeit goods

Bengaluru: The City Crime Branch (CCB) police have arrested one person for selling counterfeit goods. The police have identified the accused as Hithesh (34) from Mamulpet in Bengaluru.

The police have seized counterfeit goods such as LV card holders, LV purses and LV belts worth Rs 2.50 lakh from the accused. According to the police, one more accused, Tarun, is absconding.

According to the police, the accused used to bring counterfeit goods from Bombay Centre shops in Mumbai and has been selling those products by using stickers of Louis Vuitton Malletier Ltd.

A case has been registered at City Market Police Station. The police are investigating the case.
