Bengaluru: The family court here quashed the plea to legalize marriage of Mythriya Gowda, who has been seeking to uphold her alleged marriage with Karthik Gowda, son of union railway minister, D V Sadananda Gowda on Wednesday November 26.
It is said that Mythriya Gowda who had filed a case against Karthik Gowda, with a plea to authorize her marriage was not able to submit required evidence and document to prove her claim.
Earlier actor Mythriya Gowda, who has accused railway minister’s son, Karthik of rape and cheating her, thus she had urged for justice and the marriage to be legalize in a plea. She had filed her complaint because she felt hurt and cheated on learning through the media that Karthik was getting engaged to another woman, when they had already got married in a private ceremony in June this year, she claimed
However Sadananda Gowda, claimed that his son had been falsely accused.
