Mysore: Rotary Club Mysore Mid Town felicitated Dr Niranjan vanalli with the Prof Najundaradyaa Memorial Award “Amaravani” for his excellence in the field of Literary on Thursday September 12.
He has written 30 books and has also been a columnist for leading newspapers in India.
Prof Padmanabha who was the teacher of Niranjan Vanalli in his college felicitated with memento and said that Niranjan was one the best student he come across in his teaching career and award like these will make him to take responsibility and work for better society and for the field of education.
His articles shows the how concern he is for the better society and youngsters.
Dr Niranjan Vanalli speaking said that he very much that Rotary Club Mysore Mid Town for giving this great award. Teaching profession has given happy and he is satisfied with it.
His wife and children sang a poem written by him in the program and EMMRC, Mysore University staff and other officials from Rotary were present in the program.
Currently Dr Niranjan vanalli works as Professor at Mass communication and Journalism and Director for EMMRC Mysore University.
