Mangalore: ICYM Cordel celebrates Teachers Day on Wednesday September 7 at Santa Cruz Convent, Kulshekar.
Around 17 retired sisters were felicitated on the occasion in the presence of Holy Cross Church, Cordel assistant parish priest Fr Anil Avild Lobo, ICYM CORDEL Animators Susheel Noronha and Noel D’souza, Convent Superior Sr Anna Maria, ICYM President Jeethesh Lasrado and other convent sisters were present.
Sisters shared their thoughts and their feelings as a teacher. The crowd was entertained by ICYM members with jokes and games.
The programme concluded with interaction with sisters and distribution of sweets. Around 15 ICYM members were present during the event.
